It is important to choose the right video recorder that supports the features of the cameras to be connected. It's not a good policy to mix several different brands together in a system. There are different standards, such as ONVIF, designed to align the function of the cameras. Unfortunately, it is not a guarantee that the ONVIF compilation preamble is enough, due to several aspects of the ONVIF standard. Therefore, seek advice and guidance before you intend to acquire video surveillance.
